Lincoln Square Synagogue is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide. We do not share your information (whether collected online or not) with other organizations or companies. All emails sent by our organization are generated from our own internal member database.

Refund Policy

As we rely on Donations to support our activities, there are no refunds for these donations.  If there is a problem with your donation amount you may contact us within 24 hours to assist in making a correction to the  amount you wish to donate.

Receipt Policy

We provide receipts for all donations.

Problems

If you have a complaint about LSS’s compliance with these policies, you may contact our Executive Director at Execdir@lss.org. If we are unable to resolve your compliant to your satisfaction, you may elect to proceed to the President of Lincoln Square Synagogue by emailing president@lss.org.
