working with ephemeral material. Her creations are not merely artistic expressions; they are portals to reflection, healing, and hope, mirroring the complexities of our world.
Since her move to Israel in 1995 from Allentown, Pennsylvania, Deborah has been an influential force in the art community, both as an art educator at the Anglican International School of Jerusalem for over 25 years and as an
exhibiting artist in Israel. Deborah's artistry has gained international recognition, showcasing her works in numerous exhibitions worldwide.
Her approach combines profound emotional depth with striking visual narratives, making each piece an immersive experience. Her art displays her ability to touch hearts and is thought-provoking. Deborah's exhibitions, held in various corners
of the globe, showcase not just her artistic talent but also her deep engagement with life's challenges. Her most recent exhibition in January 2024, at the Chagall Artist's House in Haifa, marks a significant phase in her artistic journey, addressing intricate themes of memory, fragility, and loss. This exhibition is perhaps her most impactful, offering a poignant exploration of these complex subjects.
