Torah, Courage, Resilience and Commitment In the Face of Tragedy.
The speakers will be Rabbi Chaim Wolfson, the Rosh Yeshiva of the Hesder Yeshiva in Yerucham, and Rabbi Ahiya Eliyahu, father of Ariel Eliyahu hy"d. Ariel Eliyahu was one of yeshiva's students who tragically fell in combat at Kibbutz Be'eri on October 7th.

They will share the story of the yeshiva in Yerucham, emphasizing its importance of יישוב הארץ in the Negev desert, discuss the yeshiva's experiences during the recent war, including the devastating loss of ten of its students and alumni. They'll also talk about our post war initiatives. The Hesder Yeshiva in Yerucham is where our former kollel fellow, Yehonatan Kahane is currently studying.
