This acclaimed introduction to the Friday night Shabbat experience has provided tens of thousands with their first taste of Shabbat. It includes a full Shabbat meal together with song and dance and good discussion.

**Due to the spread of the Coronavirus and heeding the recommendation of medical professionals to forego large gatherings, NJOP is not planning our usual, in-person Shabbat Across America and Canada gatherings in 2021. Instead, we invite you to bring Shabbat Across America and Canada home on March 5, 2021.  

We are delighted to share with you, our Shabbat Across America and Canada at Home resources, to help bring the warmth of Shabbat into the comfort of your own home.

Whether you are celebrating Shabbat for the first time, or whether you observe it every week, you will find something to enhance your Shabbat experience. Among the resources we have available are our introductory "Shabbat Across America and Canada at Home" booklet, our detailed "Jewish Treats Guide to Shabbat" and our "Spirituality at Your Fingertips" guides, which offers a more in-depth explanation of the rituals to help you prepare for this huge event.
