The festival of Shavuot celebrates the giving of the Torah to the Jewish people in the year 1313 BCE. 3335 years later, in order to show our continuing excitement about receiving this precious gift, Jews the world over stay up all night studying Torah. (refreshments will be served - no reservation necessary)

THE RABBI MOSHE KASIRER TIKUN LEIL SHAVUOT

We'll have a taste of Rabbi Buchwald's Shavuot all-night learning. We will continue the annual focus on the Taryag Mitzvot: A Survey of the 613 Commandments," starting with mitzvah #576: “Workers and Domestic animals must be able to eat of the crop while harvesting."

Book of Ruth classes will be taught on both days of Shavuot, one hour before Mincha each day.
