The festival of Shavuot celebrates the giving of the Torah to the Jewish people in the year 1313 BCE. 3334 years later, in order to show our continuing excitement about receiving this precious gift, Jews the world over stay up all night studying Torah. Saturday night, June 4th-Sunday morning, June 5th, 12:45am-4:45am – All Night Shavuot Learn-A-Thon. 

We'll have a taste of Rabbi Buchwald's Shavuot all-night learning. We will continue the annual focus on the Taryag Mitzvot: A Survey of the 613 Commandments," starting with mitzvah #554: “The Penalty for falsely accusing a wife of committing adultery before Nissuin.”
