Social Media: How to Answer Difficult Questions

Miri Kornfeld, StandWithUs

In an age where social media is the main media outlet, it is important to learn the ins and outs of effective digital advocacy. In this session, we'll learn effective social media tricks in addition to how to effectively and eloquently answer difficult questions about Israel - a skill you can use online and in person.

Miri Kornfeld attended UCLA and was the president of Bruins for Israel, UCLA's pro-Israel organization on campus. Now the StandWithUs Executive Director of High School Affairs, Miri educates high school students about Israel, providing them with the support and tools they will need to become leaders and Israel advocates on their future college campuses and in their communities. In an age where social media is the main channel for information and news among students, Miri focuses on effective social media activism so they can stand up for Israel both on campus and online.
