Live from Israel! Soundtrack of Resilience: How Israeli Music Is Helping a Nation Heal and Find Hope after October 7th.

The program will examine the music created in Israel since October 7th and how it has given shape to a nation's grief, solidarity, and renewal. The speaker, Jake Gillis, will play music videos for several songs that represent these different emotions and provide cultural and historical context. While the program is very much about the music, it is even more so about the emotional pulse of Israelis over the last two years.
