Experience the Soul of LSS
Every day LSS provides a range of prayer options. Please check out the latest service times.
On any given Shabbat, LSS provides a variety of options for morning services. In addition, to providing different starting times, each provides a different Shabbat experience and environment.
The Hashkama Minyan provides an early morning no-nonsense service followed by a shiur, while the Main Sanctuary provides a traditional service led by Rabbi Robinson and Cantor Goffin. The Rabbi Herschel Cohen Memorial Service is the “late minyan” at LSS. While the laid back, family-friendly and informal environment tends to attract a diverse set of congregants, it is really the traditional kugel Kiddush that is the biggest hit among young and old alike!
The Beginners Service is an anxiety free, no Hebrew necessary prayer experience and there’s nothing more comforting than knowing that everyone at the Beginners Service is a Beginner.
Not enough options? Then consider the Women’s Tefilla Group which holds Shabbat services throughout the year. Or the Gesher Kinderminyan where young families daven together, sing together and create a Friday night ruach your family will remember for years to come. If you're a "young professional" (in your 20s or 30s) our FAME minyan is a fresh take on the minyan experience.
