Obama: U.N. Vote is Counterproductive

 U.S. senators recently urged President Obama to use his speech to the U.N. to restate strong U.S. support for Israel amid tensions with Turkey and a Palestinian push for statehood. "The world needs to hear unequivocally from you that Israel-our friend, ally, and strategic partner-is not alone in facing these threats," 14 bipartisan lawmakers said in a letter released as Obama arrived in New York.

Hamas Targets Israeli Children

Hamas recently fired an anti-tank missile at an Israeli school bus, critically injuring a 16-year-old boy. The terrorist group followed the attack by launching 16 rockets at southern Israeli communities. Israelis were forced to stay inside and police closed off roads to try and prevent more injuries from impending rocket fire.

U.N. Says Iran Shipped Weapons to Syria, Violated Arms Ban
