Topping off Ceremony

By:Scott Liebman

September 18, 2009

On Friday, September 18, LSS celebrated the "topping out" of the new building. The event celebrated the placement of the final piece of steel in the new building. I would like to explain some of the reasons behind the delay, as well as provide the steps taken to address the issues, and the schedule going forward.
