The Officers are delighted to announce that the real estate transaction closed on May 1st.

LSS now owns the vacant site where the new Shul will be built.  We will remain in the existing Shul until after Shavuot in June, 2008.

Our architects/consultants have begun the process for obtaining permits so we can begin to excavate the site; work will hopefully start within a few weeks.
